Which data we collect
Data you provide to us: when you contact us via WhatsApp, by email, or through the availability form, we receive your name, phone number, email, and the information in your message, such as intended dates and number of guests.
Browsing data: when you access the site, technical data is collected, such as IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and time spent. For the most part, this data is processed in aggregate form and depends on your consent for analytics and marketing cookies.
We do not collect sensitive data, and we do not request information from children or adolescents through the site.

Legal bases
We process personal data on the grounds set out in the LGPD: consent (art. 7, I), for analytics and marketing cookies; performance of a contract and preliminary procedures (art. 7, V), when you reach out to us to book; and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX), for the security and operation of the site, always respecting your rights.

Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your data. We share information only with providers that make the site and our service possible, and only to the extent necessary.
These include: Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, for measurement), the customer chat service, the booking engine (HSystem/HBook), and, occasionally, Meta platforms for embedded content. Some of these services may process data outside Brazil, in accordance with their own policies.

How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as necessary to assist you and, where there is a booking, for the applicable legal periods. Browsing data follows the periods defined by the analytics tools. Once the purpose has ended, the data is deleted or anonymized.

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. No system is entirely immune, but we work to reduce risks and respond to incidents.
