> More than ten years welcoming people on a patch of cerrado, half an hour from Brasília. Six chalets, full kitchens, a solar-heated pool. And a simple agreement: you rest, we look after the rest.

## Eli Valter, founder.

I'm Brazilian, born in Porto Alegre, with dual Italian citizenship. I've lived in Brasília since 1976, and I opened the Villaggio in 2014, a small inn in a rural corner of Paranoá. I welcome each arrival in person, from every corner of Brazil and beyond. The name was a deliberate choice: the birds are the hosts. They're always close by, a reminder that this place was made to shelter people and whatever flies nearby.
