Check-out by noon. If you need some flexibility, get in touch ahead of time. We check what's available. **Is breakfast included?** We don't serve breakfast. The chalets have full, well-equipped kitchens. The idea is that you settle in at your own pace, as you would at home. **Can I bring my pet?** We don't take pets. The inn has a resident Rottweiler named Luck. So everyone has a calm stay, we ask that the little ones stay home this time. **Is the pool heated?** One of the pools is heated by the sun. On sunny days the temperature is just right for a swim. On cloudy days it can run cooler. The heating is entirely natural. The second pool is joined to the wet sauna and the heated hot tub. **Is there a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby?** The inn is a few minutes from the town of Paranoá, where you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies and a hospital. Everything you need a short distance away. **How does cancellation work?** Cancellations 10 days or more ahead: the deposit is returned, less 20% to cover administrative costs.
